Financial Aid

It is the Academy’s policy to offer its educational experience to the maximum number of students given our limited financial aid resources. Financial aid is available only to those young men who have been accepted to the Academy for the fall academic year. Grants and scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis. The Academy created a worksheet that will be used to calculate all Financial Aid awards. This worksheet removes the subjectivity the Financial Aid process could have and will equitably distribute our limited Financial Aid budget.

If you are interested in applying for financial aid, please complete the FACTS Grant & Aid application. Early application is necessary as most financial grants are awarded in the spring preceding the new academic year. These awards, which are made on the basis of need, are determined by having the family complete a FACTS Grant & Aid application that is submitted with a fee to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment in Lincoln, Nebraska. Also, the family applying for financial aid must forward to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment signed copies of their most recent federal tax returns along with all attached schedules and W-2 forms. Additional documents are required from parents who are divorced, separated or were never married, and from parents who own a farm or business. The financial aid officer reviews the completed assessments only from those students who have been accepted at the Academy. If you are interested in applying for financial aid, contact the Academy for a Financial Aid Application Request Form.
