Celebrating the retirement of our 16th president, Dr. Jack H. Albert Jr.
and welcoming our 17th president, Tom Stocks S'69
Black Tie Optional
Our largest fundraising event of the year is The Excalibur dinner and auction, and it is widely attended by alumni, parents, staff and people who do business with our school. Last year, 340 guests attended and $309,000 was raised to benefit the entire SJNMA community.
Guests of The Excalibur: President's Gala will enjoy an elegant evening of celebration with a formal dinner, fabulous auction items, and more! The Excalibur will once again use mobile bidding for the silent auction. You will be able to use your smartphone or a provided BidPal device to bid from anywhere at any time during the silent auction. And if you are unable to attend the event, you can still bid on items remotely.

Auction Items Needed
Your generous donations make The Excalibur possible! Every contribution impacts the Corps of Cadets and the larger SJNMA community. Last year, the Silent Auction alone raised a record breaking $45,000 in vital funds for the Academy's Annual Fund! Our goal this year is to raise more than $50,000 during the Silent Auction. To achieve this, we need your help. In exchange for your donation, we will proudly display your item(s) during the Gala along with any marketing materials you provide, post your item on our Giving Center website, and list your name/business in our auction catalog and in the Academy's Honor Roll of Donors that is mailed annually to more than 6,000 households.
Examples of desired auction items include the following: unique items, cadet specific items, sports tickets and memorabilia, vacation packages, themed baskets, wine and gourmet food items, art, jewelry, electronics, and wellness and spa packages.
Click here to submit your item for consideration.
FUND-A-NEED: Barracks Furniture Upgrades
The Excalibur also raises money each year for a special project. An investment in our infrastructure is a direct investment into the young men and women of St. John's Northwestern Military Academy. As our students spend much of their time and study within the barracks, it is only appropriate that we focus on these enhancements. Guests of The Excalibur: President's Gala will be given the opportunity to support this important effort on April 27. If you are unable to attend The Excalibur and would like to donate toward upgrading the furniture in the barracks, contact Cindy. You will be formally recognized by the emcee.
Thank you very much for your consideration of this important fundraiser for the cadets at our school. To discuss how you would like to help, please contact:
